My housing authority told me that I need to give 90 day notice to tenant to move out unless they don't pay the rent, then it is only a month notice to end the lease. Is there any California civil code for section 8 that call out these laws.  this is just the second month and the tenant my default on the rent payment. I am hearing that I can't give the usual 3 day quit notice but I have to give the 30 or 90 day (not sure which is right) even if she has not paid the rent? any experience with this and where do I get a 90 day notice form
