We are experiencing a severe fire threat and need to know if I have to pay for alternate accommodations if my tenants have to evacuate the premises and if in the horrible event the house burns down am I responsible for paying for them to relocate

Look to your lease.  What does it say?  I have a clause specific to acts of nature beyond my control that would cover something like this (although I've never had to test it in court). 

Generally, you wouldn't be required to foot the hotel bill.  You would prorate the rent owed for the days it was habitable. 

If there was a fire, you should look to both your insurance and the renter's insurance.  The renter's insurance should cover their hotel fees and damages to their belongings.  Your landlord insurance should cover your lost rent (if that's included) as well as the damages to the structure.
