A previous tenant brought bed bugs into my unit (a row house), the room that had the problem had been sealed off by the tenant and treated (there was evidence of the powder moat exterminators use in the room). Once the unit was vacant, we ended up having to tear into the walls in this treated room to get to a leak. Long story short, walls were replaced, there were never any soft surfaces in unit (ie carpeting). Fast forward 8 months and the upstairs tenant is now telling me that her daughter has been bitten by a bed bug and she wants me to bring in an exterminator.  The new tenant where the problem was in the first place is awesome and has no complaints. Does anyone think I need to bring in an exterminator?

You should call the exterminators to confirm if there are bed bugs in the house. If your property is infested, make sure you get them eradicated completely this time. You wouldn't want to lose your tenants.

This idea will work with you. Bed bug cause harmful disease which directly effect our health. This problem was faced by my neighbour so they decided to take help from exterminators in nassau county ny where provides necessary pest removal services in affordable cost.
