Anyone posting to Craigslist should be using postlet ( format to attract more prospects and get units rented faster.

Going into the slow winter rental season I had 3 unrented homes that were actually unsold properties where the owners "saw the light" and realized that renting was better than winter vacancy.

I've been posting to CL for several years; however, in this season, I began using postlet ads on a rotating basis with the "description" part of the ad has a link to my co website.

I filled my winter vacancies and am now posting for summer vacancies.

The SECRET is to eliminate the SCAM/PHISHING by not having your phone # in a recognizable format AND making posting EASIER that look MORE PROFESSIONAL.

To paraphrase CHER...."I've been an evil fricking property manager for 40 fricking years"....

The 'old' postlets, before Craig's sort of banned the html, was MUCH better.  It included pictures and was a much fancier design.

use rentBits too.  That blasts the ad out to a lot more places for only ~110 a month.
