TENANT's guest attempted murder on LL's life by emptying 6 shots out of pistol at a another unit next door as LL was on maintenance inside. This all happened after a disagreement with the tenant and sibling.

As cops arrived everybody from tenant unit was gone. 'LL WAS left unharmed.

Now the tenant is back after being let go on bond for accomplice to attempted murder, obviously gunner is facing Jail immediately after confessing and 'LL doesn't feel safe anywhere near his own property.

Is there anyway to make these tenants go away for good right away? No more wasting months with evicting process.

I tried Google for answers but it turns out there are more help for tenants rather than LLs.

Talk to the police, they may have some straight-forward answers (such as a restraining order). Other than that, he needs an attorney. Most state laws don't want people out on the street without notice, so there aren't many times when a landlord can evict without going through the eviction process. Only an attorney in your area will be able to know exactly how it can work in your area under these circumstances.
