I personally am not a landlord but a tenant and am having weird experiences in my apartment. My landlord says she has had a problem with previous tenants breaking lease and was wondering if there was a site where I could speak to previous tenants from my apartment.

Hmm.... if you feel like things are weird enough to have to search for past tenants experiences, you're better off moving out. The best way to look for past tenants is to google search the address and see what names pop up as addresses. Or, if the landlord had to evict previous tenants, you can look up court documents on your state's government website. Like I said earlier however, if you're going through all this, you're probably better off looking for a new place to live
