It has been terrible experience with first 6 month lease. I just received an email from moved out tenants and stated that i violated North Carolina rental law 42.55 REMEDIES & 42.50 DEPOSIT FROM TENANT that i do not know until i read the email.
so they demand to get full refund of security deposit. They said if i don't refund full amount they will file it to the court

i initial hired rental property management but because we don't agree to buy with 1,000,000 insurance to cover ourself and rental property management so they cancel service.

i am sure if i have case to hire a lawyer to fight it over to the court
i am not seeing any legal advisor here, please feel free to post comments and suggestions. You are not responsible for anything you say.

Thanks in advance!
