I'm a female tenant living with male tenant who verbal abuse me ever chance he gets .The landlord doesn't do any thing .can some help with questions or Idea's. Thank you

The landlord doesn't do anything because landlords don't usually get involved with personal issues between tenants. It's just bad business and a major headache overall. Landlords leave it up to the tenants to work things out for themselves. If you can't work it out with the male tenant, then you may have to think about finding another place to live. If the male tenant is doing something that you feel violates the lease, then you can bring it up to the landlord and see what options become available. Good luck...

you have a personal problem with your room mate. you chose him, not the landlord.
