All true, it's a good use of your information. Cleaning though should be mostly about the tenants but we as landlords still have a duty to enforce these things to maintain our property because neglect is the number one cost of wasted money.

We can do effective cleaning if we follow proper plan and make a schedule for cleaning. We should collect all cleaning material at one place before starting cleaning so we can save time.

People always think that cleaning is a boring task and they always avoid to do that. But it is upto you that how can you make it interesting. Try to clean it systematically with light music and see the difference.

hi,
I write a schedule for clean house.
1. Surface clean living room and kitchen (pick up stray items, dust, sweep, vacuum
2. Clean bathrooms (toilets, showers, floors, walls, mirrors
3. Surface clean bedrooms (put away toys, clothes, dust)
4. Surface clean "extra" rooms (basement, office, play room
5. Surface clean living room and kitchen
6. Clean bathroom
7. Clean all interior windows (white vinegar and newspaper works great and is cheap!)
8. Sweep and vacuum all floors in the house (don't forget stairs
9. Surface clean bedrooms
10. Deep clean living room (mirrors, baseboards, dust artwork

I recently bought a small hand-held steam cleaner for around $30. With microfibre cloths, I've found it to the BEST thing for cleaning. No chemicals and it gets ghastly things off paintwork etc! Good luck.

I also would like to share some few tips here as you can use lemon oil to shine the tiles of your bathroom. Lemon oil will also prevent mold and mildew. Use a false teeth bubbling tablet to avoid rings. Sometimes the problem with shower is that hard water gets build up there. Fill a plastic bag with vinegar and place it over shower head to remove hard water buildup. You can use alcohol to  shine bathroom faucets.

One of the best cleaning tip would be to empty the dust bin of each room daily so that the dust bin wont get completely filled causing dirt to spread around in the house....

Hmm I like this plan and my favorite point is the loud beat music. because I think its the best way and I use my ipod with headphone for this purpose. and other work is done by my vacuum and steam cleaner. Thanks for sharing these tips.

The general guidelines for effective cleaning are if you spend twenty minutes a day doing daily cleaning it would mean that your homes would run more smoothly. If you invested that time on a daily basis, you’re less likely to be overwhelmed with massive cleaning up chores at the end of the week or fortnight instead.
