I am filling out the unlawful detainer form for California - UD-100 for non payment of rent.  Here I have to mention the fair rental value of the premise per day. Section 8 pays a portion of the rent and the tenant is supposed to pay the rest. Do I just take the tenant's portion and then divide by 30 or take the whole rent and divide by 30 to get the per day rental amount?

I have also delivered a 90 day termination letter (not sure if this is required but some say it is required for section 8 tenants). Should I include the 90 day notice with the 3 day pay or quit as attachment to the unlawful detainer?
Appreciate your feedback
