Insurance is a must items in our financial planning step.But there are a lot of insurance out there,sometime we might dont know which type of insurance product that most suitable for us.So,before i going to buy a insurance policy we should made it clear what is our needs and concern.

I think one of the best things you can do as a landlord is require your tenant to carry Renter's Insurance. They pay the premiums, not you. Talk to your insurance agent and find out what would be reasonable to require of your renter and still protect you. My agent made sure I knew minimums, what would be covered, etc. The policy is a condition of the lease for my tenants. If you happen to be in the Phoenix area, give Mary Contreras a call. She set me on the right path, and I'm certain she can do the same for you.
