I give all my tenants a "checklist" when they move in to record anything they believe is an issue with the unit.

This one tenant reported just two things:
1. Loose doorknob on bathroom door.
2. I found a couple half-dead, half-alive bees.

#1 I could correct pretty easily, but I wasn't sure how to fix #2 -- does she want them fully dead or fully alive?  Are they zombie bees???

I had a laugh about that one.

I think that Zombie bees would be the accurate response. If I were a tenant, I would certainly be a little upset about zombie bees found in mu rental, lol.

LOL!  Zombie bees!  Gotta love it!  Would a swarm be a zomBEE apocolypse?
