Hi Everyone!

So I purchased a 3 bedroom property a few years ago now and currently live in the house with two 'licensees' as they're called, as they rent out two of the rooms. They pay a fixed amount per week to assist with repayments.

I've recently taken in a new housemate who.. as they haven't lived out of home before, have no understanding or respect for usage vs costs involved. On top of that they have a huge attitude problem.

The dilemma is she's only been here for a month.. should I be cruel to be kind or attempt another course of action? Any advice helpful.
