I have a lady who wants to rent my condo along with her husband.  Should I have them fill out the application jointly and have each do a separate credit report for a fee of $16.95 each.  Also should both names be on the lease?  Thanks . . .

You should do credit on both applicants. My standard is that anyone over 18 years of age needs to qualify for my place.
