Good tenant just signed lease for 2nd year, only issue I ever had was late payer but paid.  Lease specifically states no sub-leasing but visiting family can stay 7 days.  When I picked up lease a note was attached stating her daughter and 11 yr old son would be staying w her off and on for approx a month.  Don't want to lose her as a tenant, thought about telling her(in writing) it would be OK until the end of June, that's it.  It looks like the daughter is already staying there as I see her car at night.  Any suggestions?  Thank you!

I would definitely do something in writing explicitly limiting the timeframe so that if/when she overstays, you have something to fall back on.
