I wanted to share a resource that has turned out to be very valuable to me during my journey as a new landlord this year.
Landlordology is an excellent website with easy to read and follow guides and advice. I really like how they take local laws and regualations and put them in easy to follow language. One of there blog entries talked about buying a couple of essentials for your tenants on move-in day. I read it, then did it, really made a good impression on our new tenants.
What other resources have you come across that helped you when you were starting out or have helped you take your property management to the next level?
