Hi I am new here. I was just recently hired to manage a townhouse complex that is government subsidized. I think this is going to be a challenging position and I want to learn as much as I can and do anything I can to make this transition smooth. Does anyone have any advice for me?

I have been looking for this dc property management e and I found this one dc property management companies I am not sure about the quality or the origin of their offering. Has anyone have looked into this before? If you have any other options you know are worth the time to check out, please post them here. Thanks!
