I'm an owner of a duplex and I live in one of the units. I have two dog and my tenants have two dogs.

They're complaining about one of my dogs. Barking and one of the tenants say he doesn't feel safe around him. The dog is high spirited and is alway supervised when in the backyard. He's not going away. Do they have a leg to stand on here? They're eluding to us getting rid of him.

I don't think the tenant should have a problem with your dog as long as you supervise him all the time.
