Hi LL's!

I've recently been tasked with obtaining information from property managers and owners alike on current payment acceptance methods, but first let me tell you who we are. ACH Processing Company is a payment service provider offering a virtual terminal to send/receive payments (authorization is required of course). We have had an increasing amount of property management companies and property owners alike that use our services to collect payments from their tenants, along with other reasons such as disbursing funds to owners at the end of each month. We have had enough inquiries that we decided to expand into this market, taking our payment capabilities and pairing them up with basic tasks that would be utilized by property management clients. Some of these functions include the ability to split a rent payment by percentage or flat fee, depending on the cost structure each manager has in place with the owner. We also have a recurring payment capability that allows for rent to be automatically debited each month, on any day or any frequency the property manager/owner selects (Weekly, Biweekly, 1st and 15th, etc.) This portal allows for tenant access to submit and view payments for the property as well as allows management to view properties and various accounting reports. This application is designed for Small to Medium sized Property Management Companies with about 1-50 units.
