Hi

My tenants are responsible for grass cutting and snow removal .

Should I provide them with snow shovels , take for leaves and a broom or make it their responsobilty to get them?

I provide these things in SFHs. I also include a mower and other equipment but the lease states these items are for the convenience of the tenant.  Tenant is responsible for their maintenance.

I do but I don't think it's critical.  It's hit or miss.  Some have their own stuff they want to keep and others never had any outdoor equipment so they appreciate not having to buy them.
