Can you give 60 day notice for the tenants that have signed a yearly lease ?

I’m thinking to put my house for sale but they have seven more months of the lease left

I don't think you can terminate a yearly lease early because you want to sell the home.  You can still sell the home but the new owner must honor the lease agreement.  It's different for periodic leases (month to month).  You can give 30 or 60 day notice if it was month to month depending on how long they lived there already.

Here's a link to the CA handbook.  Here's another article with a simpler explanation.

If you are keen to sell now instead of late fall then ask them if they'd be willing to move in 60 days.  Offer to pay for their moving expenses or offer a discount on the rent.  Be sure to write up a new agreement indicating the new end date.
