Long story short my father was in a nursing home years ago and was set to be there for a long recovery.  To preserve his place and help with the bills I let my 20 year old daughter move in for a very discounted rent.  To help with bills eventually some of her friends came and also paid some rent for the rooms they were in.  Lets just say don't ever do something like that it was a disaster.  I ended up throwing them all out after my father didn't recover and passed away and the place was trashed.  I was disappointed to say the least with my daughter there.  Never again.

Were all of your daughter's friends on the lease?

Did your daughter sign a lease agreement?
