Depends on the pet and pet owner. If applicant is a responsible pet owner, I see nothing wrong to rent apartment to them. Very often I ask tenant to provide resume of their animal. This CV should include description of characteristics of your dog, cat, etc., references from veterinarian and pet trainer.
