Rental house is in Texas. Tenants have occupied house for 5 years and have been month to month for last year. We are going to sell the house but have not signed a realtor yet. They are difficult tenants who do not respond to emails, letters, etc. For whatever reason I cannot get them to respond to anything but texts. In the past, if I send them something certified they just refuse to pick it up. I need to send them a letter of intent to sell and do not know how to handle this. I've actually thought about just taping it to the door of the house to insure they get it accept I live in another state. Any suggestions?
