I would like someone's opinion please. We are selling our house which is a duplex. There is currently tenants, the real estate agent asked for a copy of their lease for the mortgage company, come to find out she gave it to the buyers. The closing had not happened yet. Was she able to do that? It seems as if that should be discussed and handed over at closing . Can someone please help!!
