I'm a landlord that's been renting to friends up until now. They're moving out and I'm thinking about options to find tenants (other than friends) that are also less 'risk averse'. I just started working for this company that does short term rentals for corporate travelers and they just opened their network to individuals. It's free and pretty straight forward, so thinking I'll give it shot.

Are there any other sites I might want to try?

Also, apologies if this is taken as sales/spam. I interested in hearing thoughts from more experience landlords.
