hello all, seems to always be something with tenants lol any who. I know there are ways to have a tenant sign a lease or not sign. I am below the market rent price so I can give a 60 day notice with a rent increase, and also put a no pit bull clause on the lease it is a close residential area with kids etc. I like dogs but pit bulls can be very dangerous any ideas? fyi I am in the south, state georgia, city marietta

Not sure what your question is, but you can definitely choose what kind of dogs are allowed in your rental unit. Most people are aware of how pit bulls are perceived, and many insurance companies will charge a property owner more money if they know there's a pit bull in the residence.
