hi I'm in Houston Texas, my fiancé and I have a 2 bedroom apartment we were renting the room out but the guy wasn't on the lease, on the day before rent was due he decided he was going to move and left. He took a bag of clothes and left all of his furniture and clothing. He asked us to wait a week before doing anything with his stuff but we need to rent the room out asap. Is it legal for us to put his stuff outside if we tell him when we do it?
