Hello, I'm the president of a 4 condo unit building in Chicago.  We've had bad tenants for a year (loud parties, vomit in common area, leaving entry propped open) and we've documented every instance of their behavior.

Last week our cameras caught one of them locked out and propping the back alley entry open and leaving the building.  It wasn't discovered until over 2 hours later.  Can I proceed with eviction of this tenant for putting everyone in the building at personal and financial risk?

also have you called the police for disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, if they are violating the lease terms the more proof u have will help you out.

Document,  Document, Document  Keep a file with all these problems. Get police reports as often as possible.  When you feel you have enough documentation proceed with the eviction.
