Hello,

I'm trying to find the average vacancy rate in Parkland or Tacoma WA.  Any suggestions on where to look?

About one a year the Seattle Times puts out a variety of articles on the rental market, they are often available online if you look.  Also, try real estate professionals and management companies.  Maybe even the city of Tacoma.

Good luck.

Try checking the city/county government web site or check with the local real estate board in that area.
