Hi everyone I would like to know where can I find out what rent I can charge on a rental unit.  I am working on a project to purchase 4 quadorplex units, rehab them and then rent them but since I am new at investing in Real Estate I am unsure if I will be able to ask for the amount I think the unit will be worth once it is finished.  Can you direct me toward the depart that i need to get incontact with so I can find out what the base rent of the area is.  The units are in the NW section of Ocala.
