I am new to the rental game and recently had a couple through the home. They have been dating for about 6 months and want to move into my place together. I happen to know the lady's sister and she recommended that I don't rent to her sister. They are both would be on the lease. How much should I take in consideration the sister's comments if all the other employment and landlord references check come back with positive remarks?

The sister's commented on her concern because she has been living with her mom for 2 years and only paying $70 a month. The place I am renting is $800 a month.

Thanks for your thoughts,

Tyler
