How often do you have your windows their tracks and the screens professionally cleaned in your rentals?

I have a condominium located upstairs and the minimum charge to clean it's $150 that is the minimum. does that seem reasonable?

I clean the windows every turnover (shows much better without filth on the windows) but I haven't cleaned screens.  I've never thought about it because they've never looked filthy I guess.  How many windows?  $150 seems high if it's only a few windows.

It's 5 windows. I'm not just talking about busting out the Windex and the obvious cleaning of the windows. Is that what you're thinking when you say you clean the windows in between turn over? Do you hire someone

They clean the windows, tracks and screens.

I've never had screens cleaned so I couldn't compare.  $30/window?  How long could each window take?  That's a high $/hour.
