Has anyone had any luck with EZ Landlord Forms' online property management software? A friend of mine recommended it, and it looks pretty good, but I'm curious if any of you guys have tried it.
Cheers,
Brian

Hi Brian,

I am familiar with their offerings , however I'm a little bias toward my own company's offering - check out http://www.rentomatic.com and http://www.rentometer.com, we allow advertising, property management, on-line rent payment and much much more at very affordable monthly rates. If you are interested and would like a free trial drop me a line, I'd be glad to help out.

Happy New Year!

Hi Landlord101,

Don't know about that company you suggest.  I recommend Rentec Direct's property management software as it is free and has practically everything the expensive software applications have.  They also have integrated tenant screening which makes it super easy to screen new tenants.

Hope that's helpful.

I added this on the other post too:

We use Landlord Enterprise, which has all of the tenant, unit, and lease management functions most of the other programs have, but it also lets us create and use or own forms and lease language, etc. - the tenant data is pre-filled right in there.

The customer service is a little slow sometimes but they release updates and improvements, and new features all the time.

I tried using the Promas software but it was very clunky.

I saw the forms as well on ezlandlordforms.com.  I haven't used any but they appear well put together.  You can add state specific items too. I think it's $40 for 6 months.
