Out of state tenate (washinton) signs and sends lease. No checks. have tried to get the money 3 times over 3 days they wont send it. (CA is property address)
Please advise to next legal step.
Does money need to be sent in with lease or, are they not performing at move in/lease in date?

No money = no keys. Don't give them keys to the unit until all move in monies are paid, in full, in certified funds (cash, money order, certified bank check - not personal check for move in!) When are they supposed to move in?

Oct 5. If no payment what are my damages with signed lease in hand. I have emails from others that wanted the unit too... Legal action? |
