Reply with quote | #1 | I currently have a tenant who has breached the lease agreement by having a dog and refusing to get rid of it. The lease states "No Pets." I have served a Cure or Quit notice and she has done nothing. My next step is to terminate her lease and give her a notice to vacate the premises in 30 days. This will make her responsible for November rent but her lease would have ended at the end of January had none of this taken place. In the state of CA is she still responsible for December and January rent? |
